The run is for when ...
The run is for when I don't let them out. Usually they have run of the yard and are very happy. If I close it up, they still have a little run.
I have 4 ladies. They seem happy, but complain if confined to the run. Their feeders are flower pot saucers. 1 big one for food and 2 small ones for grit and oyster shells. That works and I didn't have to buy feeders. I have an old plastic waterer from my cats. Not ideal, but works. Have to clean it regularly? and have a bowl of water available also.
